Eastbound
Take the Long Island Expressway east to exit 63. Make a left at the light, cross over the Expressway and make a left onto the service road heading west. Island Nursing and Rehab Center is located less than 1/4 mile on the right.
Westbound
Take the Long Island Expressway west to exit 63. Go straight at the light on the service road heading west. Island Nursing and Rehab Center is located less than 1/4 mile on the right.
